Customer Relationship Officer

Cyprus Full-Time - Full Remote

Would you like to work fully remotely for an agile and highly innovative company? Are you from a financial markets or crypto background? Our client is an international (EU and Swiss-based) FinTech platform that is focused on crypto-backed lending with flat, crypto/flat and crypto/crypto conversions, as well as high-yield saving accounts. The company’s Team has strong and unique expertise in Commercial Finance and FX/CFD trading; creation of e-commerce and e-learning platforms, Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology.

The successful candidate is a team player who is both sociable and analytical. Someone who has an aptitude for learning and using new software, able to communicate clearly and effectively. An experienced customer care professional, the role is for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, being able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improving customer experience through product support, and handling customer complaints and requests.

Job Description

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Operate with Customer Relationship Management and the other software (Intercom, Jira)
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Respond and quickly to customer inquiries (live chat)
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (Intercom/Telegram/Facebook/Slack, etc.)
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Your Profile

  • Higher education degree in Business, IT or a related field would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English is essential; other European languages would be a bonus
  • Experience working in customer support/client relations companies
  • Proactive personality, eager to learn
  • Work experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social platforms (Intercom,Telegram, Slack)
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Mature, responsible team player able to work remotely on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High computer literacy and fully IT literate and comfortable
  • Availability of a PC (MacOS, Windows)
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changing customer needs
