Technical Coordinator

Limassol Cyprus Full-Time - Non Remote Mid Level

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled Tech leader to take on the role of Technical Coordinator for our client’s offices in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible to monitor, support, and coordinate a variety of projects within the Technology Department and be able to integrate new products and systems as they come along. This key person will report to the Operations manager and be available to both tech and non-tech personnel, coordinating issues day to day.


Job Description

  • Act as a company-wide technology advocator
  • Own technology development roadmap as part of a centralized technology strategy
  • Own and cultivate the correct use of the new platform(s)
  • Translate business requirements into Product functionalities
  • Establish efficient workflows within the new platform
  • Prioritize business requirements based on company’s business roadmap
  • Act as a centralized point of escalation for technology related issues
  • Facilitate technology projects in coordination with external technology providers
  • Manage coordination with third-party integrations and interact directly when needed
  • Develop and enhance technology policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT Support to accommodate technology development needs where appropriate
  • Prepare technology related reports for management where appropriate
  • Accommodate change management technology transition
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of the new platform
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the new platform as part of ongoing responsibilities

Your Profile

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent field
  • Fluency in English essential
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Coordinator or in similar position within the FX industry and from a brokerage is a must
  • Have the ability to review and testing performance frameworks and provide feedback.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving mind-set
