Business Development Lead

London United Kingdom Full-Time - Full Remote

Our client an award-winning, market-leading technology company based in London, UK providing an end-to-end workforce solution to NHS & Private Health organizations is looking for a Business Development lead who will be responsible for the overall success of a new digital product line.

The ideal candidate is driven and able to make quick and impactful decisions in an uncertain environment with incomplete information.

Job description

  • Managing the product’s lifecycle from development to product launch
  • In charge of Sales and growth through the product’s agile development journey
  • Bringing in new prospects
  • Closing deals
  • Bringing overall revenue for the company

Your profile

  • More than 2 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships
  • Substantial experience in B2B product marketing and end-user engagement techniques
  • Experience in generating and nurturing leads as well as leading sales calls
  • Analytical, project management and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to work closely with and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
  • High level of comfort with technology and its development
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management and communication skills
  • UK resident / national
  • Experience in healthcare industry and / or start up environment preferred
  • Experience owning client relationships
