Job Description

• Reviewing current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies internationally
• Analyzing sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
• Researching competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
• Working with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
• Collaborating with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
• Creating and maintaining a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
• Developing marketing strategies for the products or services offered that comply with current company standards
• Reporting to the Managing Director

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field
• At least five years of experience in Marketing leadership
• Basic Web Design knowledge
• Ability to convert the ‘creative part’ into measurable numbers to prove the results of the marketing strategy
• Knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, WordPress are a necessity
• Experience with Hootsuite or similar software for being able to automate the social media posts at the different time zones
• Experience in Dual Channel Marketing (wholesale to retail)
• Essential writing and oral skills in English
• Ability to work as part of a team but at the same time to handle responsibilities, manage the marketing team and make decisions
• Knowledge of the Security and Smart Home systems will be considered an advantage
