Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring that the service meets the established required standards of quality
• Ensure that the platform meets the required standards including reliability, usability and performance
• Evaluate adequacy and quality assurance standards
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases (end-to-end)
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts
• Identify, record, document in detail and track identified bugs
• Perform regression testing following the resolution of bugs
• Work closely with the remaining Engineering team to identify and define system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Work closely with the first line support team to investigate live bugs in the system and planning their resolution with the engineering team

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Strong propensity for research and investigation
• Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to write comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fluent English

The following will be considered a plus:

• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
