Job Description

• To assist in the daily running of operations
• To liaise and coordinate with on-site and remote colleagues
• To assist the Founders to motivate, support and lead team members be an inspirational leader who coaches, inspires and motivates at all levels 
• Help to build scalable global operations and quality functions, and develop comprehensive processes based on operational excellence best practice
• Improve and evolve operating models as the company expands and lead the integration of new units joining the network
• Drive a wide-ranging quality management framework, coaching and influencing to facilitate full implementation 
• Deputise, step up when the CEO/Founder is travelling

Your Profile

• People-centric personality with a strong moral compass 
• Proven operational and management experience and/or skills (preferably 3+ years)
• University degree in Business, Management or related field will be seen as a bonus
• Experienced in contributing to a senior leadership team with humility, pragmatism and shared passion towards achieving common goals 
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management 
• Strong multi-tasker, highly organised
• Strong financial and analytical skills 
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office / Accounting Software 
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented 
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
