HR Manager

Pafos Cyprus Full-Time - Non Remote

Our client is a start-up aviation company, now looking to quickly grow their team in Paphos, having an exciting opportunity available for an HR Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for supporting 50+ employees. Job Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all managers on HR issues
  • Work closely with local management to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Ensure all HR Processes are implemented, managed, and updated, suggesting improvements where necessary
  • Industrial relations – managing Union relationships
  • Monitor employee absence and turnover to identify trends
  • Liaise, support, and advise management at all levels across the business on all HR-related matters
  • Communicate Company’s vision and values and strengthen people’s motivation
  • Develop performance management systems that drive high performance
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Handle recruitment needs
  • Assess training needs
  • Maintain updated personnel records
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documents, as and when required

Your Profile

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate university degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Proven 5+ years of working experience as HR Manager
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform under strict deadlines
  • Computer literacy
