The Cyprus team is pleased to announce this fresh opening for an assistant to join them on their journey. The successful candidate will support the company and the CEO’s needs.

Job Description

  • General and basic secretarial duties with very good/solid knowledge of word and excel
  • Drafting letters, emails and relevant documents
  • Typing and copying documents
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Assisting in the daily/weekly/monthly tasks of the office
  • Checking the levels of office supplies and placing appropriate orders

Your profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also use one’s own initiative
  • Strong regard for confidentiality
