Limassol Cyprus Full-Time - Hybrid Working Model

Our client, headquartered in Asia with locations globally is excited to announce their new offices and team in Limassol, Cyprus. As an industry-leading business process outsourcing (BPO) specialist that helps companies offload some of their operational burdens while still getting the job done and saving money at the same time, this is a wonderful opportunity. 

The successful candidate will join as the Business Development Manager working from Cyprus or within the EU but with a global portfolio, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic alliances, generate company awareness, and promote interest in services provided. You will provide a clear and compelling explanation of the professional services and resources to prospective customers.

Job Description

  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
  • Design and propose technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a Client
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally
  • Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts
  • Lead and motivate virtual teams to deliver profitable, multi-year contracts
  • Lead end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction through to transition planning and final implementation
  • Engagement with marketing to drive lead generation
  • Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partner to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement best practices and ensure consistent performance
  • Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or Client
  • Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics and/or Marketing and related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience working within a Business Process Outsourcing  company is essential
  • Excellent, fluent verbal and written English communication skills are essential
  • Possess strong commercial awareness and experience in sales forecasting and reporting
  • Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Adopt a creative, collaborative and focused approach to business problem solving
  • Be articulate, confident and tenacious with the ability to self-manage and use initiative
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Understand strategic selling and have the ability to negotiate and close major deals
  • Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors
  • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
  • Flexibility to work in the office/side with shifting or flexible working hours depending on where clients are time zone wise etc
