∙English and Greek essential.
∙Managing 5 people in the Limassol and Nicosia business centers.
∙Running the overall operations of the centre as well as external supplier relationships and
∙Managing the team leader and associates
∙Client retention and communication, negotiations, renewals and agreements
∙Welcome and present the product, tour of the centres to potential clients.
∙Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve on
∙Business Development skills: As sales are the name of the game, you should have a
background in sales where you’ve exceeded your targets consistently. You’ll continually
assess your market and pro-actively hunt for new business every day.
∙Customer Service skills: As customer service is at the heart of everything the company
does, you should have a background in the service industry where you’ve managed a
diverse mix of people and customers. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class
service to your customers and making sure the quality of the workspace is perfect at all
∙Leadership skills: You’ll lead a team of people so should have previous management
experience. You will be inspiring, caring, and nurturing to ensure your people feel

∙Tech skills: The company uses a variety of systems and tech in their centers, so you’ll
need to have a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office, there will also be
