Nicosia Cyprus Full-Time - Non Remote

Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence
  • File and update contact information of suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements

Your Profile

  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office)
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English languages (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a law firm will be considered an additional qualification
