Job Description

• Draft and review corporate legal documents including Memorandum and Articles of Association, resolutions, minutes, share certificates, Powers of Attorney, etc
• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
• Structure, draft and review legal documents to ensure that all the clients’ requirements are met
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong client relations
• Provide high quality legal advice and handle legal issues pertaining to the firm’s clients
• Promote the firm and take part in business development initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• License to practice law in Cyprus
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Banking and Corporate Litigation
• Experienced in drafting and preparing legal documents, applications, and legal writings
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages
• Ability to multitask under time pressure and strict deadlines
• Pleasant and honest character, displaying confidentiality, responsibility, honesty, transparency, politeness, and reliability
