Engaging with contractors all over the world, they are now looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to join them.

As the Employer Branding Specialist situated within the HR function, you will be more than a digital ambassador – you'll be a key HR strategist. This position is not only about showcasing the company’s brand online but also about infusing their HR practices with insights from online engagements. By bridging the gap between community interactions and recruitment strategies, you will weave the brand's narrative into their talent acquisition and retention processes. You will be pivotal in ensuring that their online persona translates into tangible HR outcomes, making the company both an online and offline haven for top talent.

Job Description

• Manage, create, and elevate the social media platforms working closely with the marketing team to ensure one voice. Including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Engage, nurture, and grow the communities on Discord, Reddit, forums, and Facebook groups, becoming the voice and ear of the brand in these spaces
• Design and execute content strategies that resonate with the online communities and represent the brand's essence
• Showcase the company's culture and values online, positioning them as the top choice for industry talent
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure that online engagements align with recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives
• Translate the rapport built in online communities into actionable HR initiatives and recruitment leads
• Represent the company at relevant conferences and events around the world, positioning them as an industry leader and employer of choice
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding at external events

Your Profile

• A seasoned navigator of online communities, understanding the nuances of Facebook groups, subreddits, and Discord channels
• Solid foundation in HR practices and principles, with experience integrating digital strategies into HR functions
• Strong ability to craft narratives and content that foster engagement, community growth, and HR insights
• Proactive and adaptable in the ever-evolving landscape of social media
• A believer in collaborative effort and the power of a unified team
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in the VR or tech sector will be a plus
• Demonstrable successes in community engagement and HR-driven digital initiatives will be a plus
• Proficiency in various content creation tools will be a plus
• Established rapport within VR or tech online communities will be a plus
• Certifications in digital marketing, community management, or HR-related fields will be a plus
