Our client is searching for an experienced Administrator - book keeper, preferably a SAP user to join a small friendly team at a consultancy in Nicosia.

Job description

General secretarial support

  • Reception of visitors
  • Telephone center
  • Electronic and hard copy filing /Archiving
  • Support to the company scientific staff. Support is needed for letter preparation, binding of hard copies of studies, keeping minutes at meetings, preparation of printed and electronic marketing material, communication with clients etc
  • Support to the manager: general secretarial support and control of his schedule and appointments
  • Participate in the implementation of the ISO 9000 system of the company
  • About 50% of the work assignments are done in English.

Support to the financial controller

  • Bookkeeping for company and connected companies
  • Maintaining financial records and files
  • Data entry on SAP


Candidate Profile

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and EXEL as a minimum) and IT Literate
  • Fluent English and Greek 
  • Can handle multitasking and works well under pressure
  • Bookkeeping (SAP experienced candidates will be prioritised)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills



  • Commensurate salary depending on experience and qualifications  
  • Other benefits: 13th salary, medical insurance
  • Any training required will be scheduled and paid for by the  company
  • Working hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00-2:00 on Fridays


Appropriate training will be implemented for the following:

  • Use of SAP
  • Implementation of ISO9001
  • Company procedures
  • Secretarial aspects, bookkeeping and customer support
