A high end motoring brand is looking for an experienced, customer service oriented Receptionist and Front of House person to assist in the show room. The main responsibility of this role is to provide both administrative support and other customer service duties as and when required.

 

Job Description

  • Meet and greet visitors to the show room.
  • Handle all incoming calls, in a professional and cheerful manner and taking messages correctly
  • Provide secretarial support: prepare letters, memos and faxes, send and receive faxes, copy and scan documents, filing, editing PDF documents, converting document top word or excel etc
  • Prepare letters, arrange for signatures and send them accordingly, prepare cover letters and letters for clients
  • Print invoices and receipts
  • Monitor all external work and liaise with the messenger accordingly
  • Monitor stationary supplies and place orders where necessary.
  • Provide secretarial support to the CEO
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
  • Book meetings and arrange availability of rooms
  • Arrange for client’s coffees to be prepared when necessary

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Secretarial studies or any other relevant qualification
  • Professional attitude

Presentable, pleasant, friendly, punctual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Energetic, and assertive attitude
  • Ability to manage customers and workload and multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs – word, excel, PowerPoint
