As a leading IT company and Microsoft LSP and Gold Partner, our client is seeking an experienced, talented and motivated individual for the following position. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote their products and services.

Job Description

  • You will contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio
  • You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate
  • You will provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members by sharing expertise and specialist knowledge
  • You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained
  • You will demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas
  • You will be expected to understand the impact of any specialty areas on assigned client’s business
  • You will engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings

Candidiate Profile

  • Proven, excellent Customer Service skills
  • University degree or equivalent professional level in Sales or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years proven account management experience in B2B working for an Information Technology Company
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Self-motivated professional able to work alone and in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as member of a team, communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients, be able to lead and motivate within an organization
  • Results oriented team player, client focused and obsessed with value
  • Have capacity to become a respected and valued partner at multiple levels within your assigned portfolio of customers
  • Fluent in both Greek and English languages
