Job Description

  • Directly responsible for the revenue targets of the company
  • Responsible for the overall business development and sales functions
  • Create and develop a team of revenue generators
  • Assessment of new target markets and penetration of new markets
  • To be the ambassador of the company and its products
  • Work remotely or from other locations with colleagues across the world
  • Report and add value to the CEO and BoD
  • Nurture leads and networks as well as create fresh ones

 

Candidate Profile

  • Proven, experienced business development career history
  • Proven track record in sales in the asset management and wealth management industry
  • Thrives on working autonomously and enjoys closing deals with HNWI
  • Energetic, driven and self-motivated personality who differentiates themselves
  • Able to work at your own schedule and work from any location in the world
  • Risk taker by nature and results oriented
  • Born Leader and able to motivate and manage teams
  • Excellent, proven understanding of hedge funds, fixed incomes, debt products and other transferrable securities
  • High level Professional communication skills and client facing abilities
  • Proven deal closer
