As the Head of Client Support, you will manage the account opening process and provide customer support to clients. You will be working as part of a team collaborating across the entire organization.

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for new client’s accounts opening
  • Collecting, filling, reviewing and evaluating Know Your Client (KYC) documentation for new clients in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Provide support to customer’s requests and queries via telephone and email
  • Performing continuing checks and updates of KYC documentation for established clients
  • Daily monitoring of sales telephone calls for compliance with marketing regulations and preparing phone call inspection reports
  • Manage, train and assist seven department employees

 

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience with proven team management experience
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • Languages: Excellent command of English, other languages a bonus
  • Efficiency under pressure and consistency in meeting tight deadlines
  • Good time management and a true multitasker
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, leading skills and team player mentality
  • Outstanding organizational and management skills
