An excellent new role has arisen for a Russian speaking Corporate Administrator to join an established company in Nicosia.

 

Job Description

  • Maintaining corporate file of the companies in good order: filing/scanning/saving documents in server and in hard copy
  • Keeping updated database with status of FS, annual levy, returns, AGM/EGM
  • Drafting of the internal documents for changes, and corporate resolutions
  • Arranging of Certification of documents by Apostille and in various embassies
  • Basic review of documents/agreements for execution.
  • REGISTER programme initiation and files creation, saving/inserting full corporate history of the companies, maintenance of corporate registers
  • Liaison with agents for offshore jurisdictions matters: incorporation of companies, annual renewals, any requests
  • Liaison with the Russian and English-speaking clients
  • Opening of Bank accounts and performing bank account reviews upon request from the banks
  • Preparation of payment instructions
  • Liaison with the banks for various reasons, e.g. provision of supporting documents for transactions and clarifications
  • Maintaining KYC files for existing clients and gathering all necessary KYC documentation for the new clients for compliance department
  • ROC Duties

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Business, Banking or any other relevant field is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask
  • High level of discipline and working efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English language, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
