A talented software engineer team developing customized digital solutions for local and international clients needs its next colleague. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive, ideally with experience in this industry to join the team.
Althoughoffice based, however you will be required to visit various current and potential clients and trade shows, either locally or internationally. On offer is a fantastic bonus structure, in which the successful applicant can have control on how bonuses can be earned.
- Achieving targets and KPIs set by Management
- Identifying new and existing business opportunities
- Cold calling for new and existing business
- Handling objections where necessary
- Up-Selling and Cross-Selling products and services
- Closing sales and maintaining a healthy pipeline of sales projects
- Maintaining a database of customers for business development purposes
- Leading local and international tender procurement bids (response to RFQs and RFPs)
- Ensuring clients understand all aspects of the procedures
- To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team
- Educated to degree level in Computer Science, MIS, Software Development, Business Administration or relevant field or able to demonstrate significant relevant experience
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in sales / business development
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Highly organized.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Team player, focused with a positive attitude.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken skills).
- Good knowledge of MS Office
