Job Description

  • Presenting, promoting and selling face to face and over the telephone insurance products to fit customer’s needs,
  • Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints with efficiency, ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied, offering empowered solutions to customer’s issues
  • Explaining policy details to customers, including covers, benefits, services and policy exclusions with honesty and transparency
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Handling cash and proceeding with banking transactions
  • Willing to travel to other cities throughout Cyprus as/when required
  • Participating in training sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Basic Insurance Certificate (PASC) or Insurance Diploma will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service and/or sales field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner
  • Sales-target oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


  • Shift work between 8am and 6pm
  • 13th and 14th salaries
