An excellent role has come up for a Technical Business Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, international payment technologies company. The Technical Business Analyst performs client-facing consulting associated with the implementation of the company products as well as internal consulting on product development based on the Payment Industry trends globally.


Job Description

  • Solid understanding of issuing and acquiring
  • Their day to day responsibilities will include the creation of documentation for client needs
  • Responsible for analyzing and communicating business requirements of systems
  • Supporting projects, clients and internal colleagues through deadlines to delivery.

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience in business requirements analysis, gathering, documentation and validation for software projects
  • Experience in the Banking and/or Finance industry
  • Bankcard industry knowledge, Card Management and Authorisation System Functionalities
  • Educated to degree level in Computer Science, MIS or Business related field
  • Analysis to fulfil business requirements
  • Constantly be aware of the requirements and their impact on a system in all stages
  • Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs
  • Effective at verbal and oral communication between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of data structures
  • Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs
  • Working towards or in possession of a business analysis professional qualification e.g. IIBA or BCS) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data structures; Ability to read system code (SQL)
  • Excellent communicator, able to adapt to both Business and tech colleagues
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel to client premises
  • Excellent spoken and written English


  • 12 salaries (annual salaries higher than most to compensate)

  • Working hours are Mon- Fri 9am-6pm – 1 hour lunch break
