Admin Officer

Nicosia, Cyprus

Our client is an established software solutions firm in Nicosia, Cyprus operating for over 20 years with a team of around 15 people. The owner and CTO is in need of dedicated administration support and we are looking for an organized, professional person to assist with his office.


Job Description

  • Maintains the CTO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Office management and secretarial duties
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and being on hand to respond to requests
  • Prepares any reports needed for the CTO

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Greek and English is a must
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in admin or a similar role
  • Born multi-tasker with proven organizational skills are essential
  • Team player able to liaise and co-ordinate with other colleagues for the CTO’s office
  • Reliable and able to work on one’s own initiative
  •  IT Literate
