Job Description

  • Printing and monitoring statements of our clients’ accounts for funds received for our clients and outward transfers executed
  • Preparing and checking bank’s accounts reconciliation and investigate outstanding, unreconciled items
  • Prepare mt100 customer transfers
  • Check customer receipts, payments, deposits and rollovers in QuickBooks. ensure all deals transacted have been correctly recorded
  • Bookkeeping
  • Monitor purchase/sale of securities on behalf of private banking clients
  • Check customers’ foreign exchange deals
  • Follow anti -money laundering procedures for receipts and payments and for new clients. ensure documentation is complete
  • Close and proper monitoring of client accounts on an ongoing basis. perform annual reviews of all client accounts
  • Check daily reports
  • Deal with customer inquiries
  • Prepare audit confirmations for client financials
  • Arrange for bank account opening for clients depending on their needs. arrange for the issuance and monitoring of credit cards, e-banking
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business involved
  • Undertake specialized tasks as assigned by the management
  • Preparation of accounting reports
  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. May also schedule meetings and travel for executives

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in an Accounting or similar corporate role is essential
  • Secretarial and accounting/or book keeping qualifications preferred
  • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
  • Keen team player
  • Good listener
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to perform to deadlines
