Business Development Coordinator (B2B)

We are seeking a proven and motivated Business Development Coordinator to assist our client in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing agents and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties.

Job Description

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets so as to set up an agency network for Russia, Ex CIS countries, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East)
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with agents and customers via email, phone, and in-person
  • Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
  • Assisting and excelling at the preparation and delivery of presentations and pitches to prospective clients
  • Assisting and excelling at the preparation and delivery of presentations and pitches to B2B customers-real estate agents and real estate marketing agents regularly
  • Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and agents and mail lists
  • Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management
  • Providing effective administrative support
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Related professional experience is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and fully IT literate
  • Excellent command of English (native or at a professional level). Additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
