Job Description 

  • An excellent opportunity for a junior - mid level experienced Ecommerce Product Manager to take a high ownership role within the fashion industry.  
  • You shall drive product strategy, bring inspiring ideas and motivation to an energetic and collaborative team
  • To clearly communicate the UX direction for deliverables using appropriate tools/prototypes, fine-tuning of UX functions, analyzing market needs/trends and suggest best practice implementation and supervise execution.
  • You will be working with development teams, marketing, and all C level
  • This is a stand-alone position that requires developing, managing and maintaining relationships
  • Reports to the Product Owner

Your Profile

  • 2+ years' experience in product management or similar role
  • Solid Data analysis skills; excellent excel
  • Experience working with Jira/Confluence or any other project management tools 
  • E-commerce experience 
  • UX Design background - suggest and test site optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and site usability
  • UI experience
  • Ability to create test scenarios, but not necessarily testing
  • Multiple currencies and language experience
  • Being proactive and delivering ideas, suggestions, and improvements
  • Providing design feedback
  • Data-driven
  • Monitor web analytics to identify areas for improvement on the site
  • Creating the merchandising strategy for the website to ensure key products are featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximized
  • Co-ordinate with the Digital Designer on the creation of digital campaign assets
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (Google Optimize, Tag Manager)
  • Basic technical understanding of  HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to build forecasts and projections 
  • Market Research and competitor analysis
  • Team Player
  • Attention to detail
  • Prioritizing 
  • Knowledge and experience of A/B testing
  • Be tenacious and resilient, adept at overcoming obstacles to find solutions

  • Mobile app development 
  • Experience within the fashion industry
  • Experience of localization of websites in different countries
  • Campaign management - Responsible for the delivery of online product campaigns/catalogs
