Excellent opportunity for someone interested in the tech industry who wants to work in a Sales admin capacity to learn the exciting world of Microsoft products. Full training will be given and every opportunity to launch this role which will support key Sales and account management personnel. Upon completion of training and induction the successful candidates will be able to fulfill the following duties:


Job Description

  • Assist Account Managers (AMs) in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Microsoft Products (especially Cloud Products) and increase sales (New Agreements, Additional products, on-time True-Ups, etc.)
  • Be up-to-date with new Microsoft products/features or/and incentives, in order to liaise with the Sales team on sales campaign activities
  • Help to increase Microsoft Revenue by keeping track on incentives, maintaining all the necessary requirements and follow the correct procedures to earn more Incentives
  • Help in the preparation of Azure proposals, by doing the configuration of Azure Solution Designs in Azure Pricing Calculator
  • Acting as the second point of contact for administration of Microsoft Partnership and any issues related
  • Managing existing customer Microsoft Licensing Agreements
  • Assist in preparation of new Microsoft customer contracts
  • Attend Microsoft events, including seminars, training, and webinars, etc. for licensing and Microsoft Technologies
  • Helping customers with Microsoft products/licensing related support tickets
  • Additional responsibilities related to Microsoft products and technologies

Your Profile

  • University Degree (degrees in subjects relevant to IT will be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Works well in a team
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Keen and eager to acquire new knowledge and skills and take own initiative to learn
  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service or sales related role would be an advantage
  • Strong interest in the tech industry and/or Microsoft products
  • Friendly, customer service focused personality
