This is a great role responsible for actively managing the relationship with your customers, cultivating that relationship and promoting our client’s well known high caliber products and services.


Job Description

  • To contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio.
  • You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate
  • You will be working as part of a B2B Sales team and execute assigned tasks in a timely and successful manner
  • You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained
  • You will demonstrate a good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. You will be expected to understand the impact of your area of specialization on your assigned client’s business
  • You will engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings
  • You will at all times be expected to behave as a company ambassador and provide excellent customer service

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent professional level in Sales or Information Technology related subject is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’proven account management experience in B2B working environments in the tech field; be able to prove existing account management success
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic personality, have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • You must be a self-motivated employee who can work alone as well as in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients
  • A target driven team player, you are client focused and obsessed with value
  • You should be fluent in both Greek and English
