Senior Administrator

Corporate, senior level role for an experienced administrator looking for serious career development and professional growth within a supportive, stable team and environment.

 

Job Description

  • Personal assistant to the two partners
  • Handling calls with international clients in English
  • Handling email communications with clients and third parties
  • Filing documents on a document management system
  • Preparing and filing forms and applications with the Registrar of Companies and other authorities
  • Liaising with Registrar of Companies and other State authorities over the phone
  • Handling postal and courier shipments
  • Acting as front office/receptionist of the firm
  • Printer maintenance, liaising with technicians for copier and other equipment
  • Formatting documents in firm style (expert use of Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook)
  • Authoring cover letters and paralegal documentation
  • Preparing conference room for meetings

Your Profile

  • Fluent English speaker (oral and writing)
  • Fluent Greek speaker (oral and writing)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent use of the MS Office suite
