We are seeking to recruit on full-time basis an energetic and dynamic Russian speaking Office Administrator in Nicosia. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and will be part of a multicultural and highly professional environment assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day needs of the office with fluency in both Russian and English.
Duties and responsibilities
- Diary management for the directors coordinating meetings, schedules, agendas and venues
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Arranging signature of documentation as and when needed. Ensure that documents received back are properly checked and filed
- Ensuring all offices and kitchens are supplied and all equipment is fully operational
- Contact technical suppliers (technician/electrician) for any equipment and building issues
- General secretarial support
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Educated to University or College level
- Fluent in both Russian and English (both written and spoken), Greek is an advantage
- Prior administrative experience essential
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Capable of excellent service delivery
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize heavy workloads
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing
