Job Description

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the business center
  • Management of one staff member
  • Liaise, nurture and look after prospective as well as existing, resident customers
  • Manage and facilitate successful supplier relationships
  • Communication with remote colleagues globally as well as in other locations in Cyprus
  • To report to senior management locally and globally
  • To be mindful and active with upselling and after sales service of the center and all its additional services

Your Profile

  • Proven experience and strong background in customer service and/or client support
  • Industry experience that is beneficial to have in this role is for example the hospitality or airline industry (stewards/stewardesses, etc.) – strong sectors known for high level customer service
  • Strong grasp of confidentiality and high standard of work ethic
  • Pleasant, friendly personality with strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent, fluent English & Greek written and spoken; additional languages an advantage
  • IT literate
  • Able to effectively communicate with diverse clients from different countries and cultures
  • Strong sales capabilities
