Our client, a productivity tools software company that embraces a group of passionate, fun and creative individuals, is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join the team. If you can work in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment where things never get boring, we would love to hear from you!

As an Account Manager you will be collaborating closely with the management and product teams, and transform the product to prospects and customers so as to build long-term, trusting relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively pursue new sales opportunities.

 

Job Description

  • Manage the entire sales process including closing and customer onboarding
  • Understand customers' business needs in order to identify new use cases and optimize the value of our client's products
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Give product presentations and demos to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify qualified leads and move them further in the sales process
  • Negotiate annual contracts with top customers
  • Partner closely with product teams to ensure factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development

Your profile

  • Hands-on experience in sales
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • 2+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a software company will be considered an advantage
  • Startup Experience will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with Saas business models and remote sales will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with UI/UX design software will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the design software market will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or HubSpot) will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in giving remote presentations will be considered an advantage
