Our client is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join the Business Development team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Account Manager will be the person responsible for the management of the company’s relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be expected to build long-term relationships with a designated group of clients and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to maintain the existing client base and further develop it. The Account Manager will also manage direct client relationships and propose value-based solutions, which will utilize the complete range of Cybersecurity products and services offered by the company.

This role will report directly to the Director, Business Development in Cyprus.

 

Job Description

  • Creating and maintaining sales pipelines
  • Ensuring strict timelines and accuracy of pipeline and deal stages
  • Articulating issues from weekly reports and executing necessary remedial actions
  • Supporting high-level and strategic customers by creating and maintaining key relationships
  • Building on relationships to influence project creation and continuity
  • Acting as company ambassador to clients creating potential business opportunities
  • Preparing client proposals in cooperation and coordination with other company teams

Your profile

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other IT related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solutions
  • A Post-Graduate qualification will be considered an advantage
  • Good and wide network coverage in the IT security field
  • Excellent knowledge of written and oral Greek and English language
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality injecting confidence with clients and partners
  • Possess a strong winning and aggressive mentality with a desire to succeed
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong will to succeed
  • Having a high degree of business acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize activities to achieve business goals
  • Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Enterprising person, with a strong work ethic
