Excellent, executive-level admin role for a PA-based in Limassol. If you like a job role where no day is the same and you interact locally and internationally with diverse people this is the job for you. We are only interested in Russian speakers however and those that have experience in admin and such positions.

 

Job Description

  • To support the office of the CEO and Directors and complete all corresponding tasks in an accurate, neat, and professional manner, while ensuring attention to detail is displayed and follow up is conducted thoroughly
  • To assist in meeting organizational goals by meeting deadlines, assuming ownership, scheduling time, prioritizing tasks, and complying with the organization’s information requirements
  • To work remotely in a supportive function as part of the CEO’s office in Cyprus with other teams in other countries
  • To adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Absolute confidentiality is key
  • To assist Directors or the CEO with personal and household errands while they are in Cyprus
  • Ensuring the smooth function of the CEO’s office in Cyprus and assisting other teams in other countries
  • Providing front line reception cover and over the telephone customer service as and when required
  • To handle sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation with appropriate discretion and regard
  • Effectively organize meetings and events and manage the CEO calendar as and when required
  • Arrange travel and related tasks such as accommodation
  • Provide high quality, confidential, and wide-ranging PA support service to consistently meet the specified needs and expectations of the CEO
  • Efficient management of the CEO diary in the arrangement of meetings both internal and external and co-ordinate such functions between country offices for the CEO
  • General office administration duties to include, but not limited to filing, scanning, sending, and receiving of faxes
  • Screening telephone, and paper communications, and prioritizing, responding, redirecting, or referring as appropriate

Your Profile

  • Fully IT Literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience dealing with legal documentation; due diligence and KYC issues would be an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form in English and Russian. The ability to grasp, synthesize, and document complex discussions, in a precise manner.
  • Working knowledge of Greek would be a bonus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prepared to work out of office hours when required; able to travel if necessary
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Solution-focused with a ‘can do’ attitude and hands-on approach
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a good sense of humor
  • Strong knowledge and respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
