Are you client-focused and enjoy looking after your clients? Our client, active in the world of Fintech, has a portfolio of Italian speaking clients who need handling professionally and expertly, in their own language.

 

Job Description

  • Explain the company Ecosystem
  • Present the company’s products in a professional and effective manner
  • Guide clients through their documentation
  • Provide clients with support for registration verification and activation of their account
  • Support clients with deposits and withdrawals

Your Profile

  • Native Italian speaker - mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer support focused
  • Proven work experience is desirable and will be a plus but is not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to present and influence clients
  • People skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customers
