Job Description

  • General Compliance and Administration Support (filing, responding to emails, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit information/reports to Regulators
  • Liaise with authorities, service providers and external contractors and parties
  • Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Program
  • Support the Head of the Department and other team members as instructed
  • Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in our database updated
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Back Office) as instructed daily

Your Profile

  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a company with ASIC license is mandatory
  • CySEC advanced certification or CySEC AML certification will be a major plus
  • Very good knowledge of the AML legislation
  • Excellent skills in documenting and processing formation
  • High attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
