On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team and support the daily office procedures. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. If you are self-motivated and trustworthy, we’d like to hear from you!


Job Description

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Your Profile

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
