Internationally minded, business development and client-centered executives are invited to apply for this pivotal role for our client based in Limassol. This position is to manage a small, targeted Sales team taking care of existing clients and nurturing fresh avenues of the lucrative business.

 

Job description

  • Targeting prospective corporate/broker clients through research and personal contacts
  • Sales Focus on a daily basis for all new Partners/Clients for the benefit of the Company
  • Actively promoting the Company’s products to prospective corporate/broker clients
  • Managing the relationship with existing clientele
  • Participating in networking events either in Cyprus or abroad
  • Developing and executing the partnership program for building networks
  • Handling any incoming queries and requests from new brokers/partners
  • Ensuring growth is achieved in terms of broker base for all main brands and products
  • Managing a number of Partner accounts ensuring that KPI's are being met
  • Ensuring the best Partners/Broker deals are being offered and negotiated to the benefit of the Company
  • Continuously optimizing and negotiating deals to ensure the best possible bottom line
  • Ensuring that the brokers/partners have the appropriate media to push brand-related communications
  • Collaborating with the internal teams to continuously improve overall marketing campaigns and offer the most competitive welcome offers
  • Traveling to meet and develop relationships with both new and existing brokers/partners, whilst also attending conferences and various networking events

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Business or Management or other related fields
  • Executive/Professional level willing to showcase their talents and accomplishments
  • 3+ years’ experience in Partnerships/Corporate (B2B) or Sales related role
  • Good knowledge and understanding of both Financial/Foreign Exchange products
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and optimizing partner accounts
  • Good communicator and ability to work towards monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
  • Team player, able to work with others and be able to communicate professionally
  • Managerial skills and ability to motivate others
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage
