Customer Support Officer

Limassol, Cyprus

As disruptors in their sector, our Fintech client is looking for a Customer Support Officer who will provide excellent customer service to clients, whilst enhancing their trading experience with the Company. Selected candidates will work under the supervision of the Sales Department and will work exclusively in supporting new and/or existing clients.

 

Job Description

  • Assisting clients worldwide through live support chat
  • Replying to e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records, and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Handling Back office queries
  • Providing sales administration reports on a daily basis
  • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Dealing with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader Platforms
  • Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
  • Liaising with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Providing relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client
  • Supporting sales agents with ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

  • Excellent command of the English language is a must; Any other additional language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications in general
  • Knowledge of MT4/MT5 Platforms will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
