Our client, a vibrant cutting-edge health-tech firm, creates mobile applications for Health & Fitness and is actively developing other categories as well. Today they have 15+ products in their portfolio that help millions of people around the world. The Talent Acquisition Team has grown from 4 to 10 great professionals and we have been tasked with strengthening that team with another Senior Recruiter.


Job Description

  • Assist your team colleagues and support each other. Share knowledge, come up with new approaches, and always polish your skills
  • Partnership with managers. Work each open position as a separate project, where it is important to understand every aspect down to the last detail
  • ATS system. Effectively learn and use BreezyHR to streamline recruitment and save time, collect analytics, and help us manage candidates easily and conveniently
  • Use co resources and tools to help recruit the best systematically test new sourcing technologies
  • Ensure effective recruiting of Middle/Senior/Lead level specialists to the team
  • Build high-quality interaction with managers
  • Be a Trusted Advisor in hiring matters
  • Participate in projects aimed at analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes and methods

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience successfully carrying out a full recruitment cycle at an international holding or IT company
  • Excellent communicator with hiring managers and you understand that the speed and quality of results depends on well constructed cooperation (processing of requests, calibrating according to requirements, feedback, etc.)
  • You prefer direct search. When asked the question \"where else to search?\" you can offer 10+ options. You know how to build a sourcing strategy, you can source effectively, and you’re always up-to-date on search tools
  • You are confident in your interviewing techniques; you know how to reveal a candidate’s potential during an interview, identify their values, assess their competencies, find risks, and determine whether they’re a match for the team
  • You are a professional negotiator in any situation; you know how to competently present your product and your team on the market
  • You know how to manage your energy and time
  • You speak English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
