Job Description

  • Keeping in close contact with the Project Management team and stakeholders to assign tasks and responsibilities to Cross-Functional teams
  • Work closely with project managers and decision-makers to ensure the project progresses on schedule
  • Interact with team members and Financial Institutions globally to handle technical conversations for successful completion of deployments
  • Monitor issues that may hinder project success, and escalate as appropriate
  • Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, and documentation to make sure the team is working at optimum efficiency
  • Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proactively identify, manage, and where necessary escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely satisfactory resolution
  • Develop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at hand
  • Create, maintain, and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metrics

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of industry experience as a technical Project Coordinator or similar role with a technical background
  • Proven track record in working with multiple projects requiring technical knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at senior levels of the organization and Financial Institutions
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams or leaders across all functional areas and levels
