Small security firm in Nicosia looking for an Office Administrator to join the team. A stable, established employer with a nice team, the role calls for someone with excellent organizational skills who enjoys multi-tasking and being busy.


Job Description

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
  • Greet people entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Prepare project documents
  • Transmit information or documents to customers via email or office calendars
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
  • Issue new and existing contracts
  • Assist and replace the Customer Service Administrator where needed
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Your Profile

  • Graduate of Secretarial Studies preferred; University Diploma/Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent Greek and English
  • Clean Criminal Record


  • Working Hours 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday with 30’ break
  • 13th salary
  • Leave is paid by Social Insurance
  • Paid leave on your birthday
