An excellent HR vacancy has arisen for our client who is an e-money institution, their mission is to deliver services that make the onboarding and payment journey a better experience for both merchants and their customers, incorporating transparency and security.

 

Job Description

  • Actively participate in the recruitment cycle which refers to the preparation of vacancy ads for various roles, schedule interviews, follow up with all applicants etc
  • Organizing and monitoring employee trainings
  • Ensure electronic and paper – based personnel files are maintained
  • Ensure holiday /sickness/absence records for all employees are recorded in the internal system and kept up to date
  • Organize and monitor the Company’s training plan. Update records
  • General administrative tasks as needed

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized and disciplined approach to administration and record keeping
  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
