Our client is a Cyprus-based regulated audit and accounting firm, providing a full range of professional advisory services to local and international clients in a wide range of industries. We are now looking for the next Accountant to join their growing team in Limassol.

 

Job Description

  • Recording and filing of accounting records for local and international clients
  • Correspondence and communication with clients
  • Manage his/her portfolio of clients and coordination with the audit team
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Prepare Monthly payroll for clients
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations
  • Prepare Debtors/Creditors Reconciliations
  • Prepare VAT/VIES Returns
  • Prepare Management Financial Statements
  • Prepare Tax/SIC/VAT registration returns
  • Finalisation of Yearly Trial Balance and Financial Statements

Your Profile

  • University Degree in accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position is required
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, verbal and written is essential (Knowledge or Russian language would be a significant advantage)
  • IT Literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Team Spirit, good character and willingness to develop
  • Excellent analytical skills, time management, organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
