An excellent opportunity has arisen in our clients’ payment technologies firm for a BRM. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Delivery Team, Global Support and the client. She/he is responsible for building, maintaining and expanding the client’s business stream and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining business relationships between company and clients
  • Serve as key client contact for all new opportunities and business needs
  • Work closely with Delivery team, Global support, R&D and other departments to ensure the successful closure of commitments to client
  • Proactively own and manage client’s product usage, alignment with service level agreements and commercial activities (return on investment, profitability) within the overall contractual pattern
  • Responsible for generating revenue and promoting company solutions
  • Understand client’s expectations, goals and objectives
  • Assist in developing strategies that will address client needs, minimize/prevent customer attrition
  • Act as problem solver within all impacted parties (internal & external)
  • Act as escalation point and mitigate in addressing client issues
  • Committed in advocating delivery of company’s solutions
  • Participate in the budget process, providing information on the budgets and forecasting
  • Work towards achieving set targets

 

Your Profile

  • A perfect balance of technical nous, confident communication skills and determined drive
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent written and oral use of English language
  • Use of Greek language is a must
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A multicultural oriented individual who will be willing to travel extensively
  • Bachelor degree in the field of Information Technology or Business Management
  • Familiarity/Experience in Project Management methodologies will be considered a strong advantage
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a known software vendor/system integrator company in the payments industry or banking sector
  • Experience in working with large/key accounts will be considered an advantage
