Account Manager

Nicosia Cyprus Non Remote

Our client offers highly innovative tech solutions to vendors locally and internationally. As a long established company in Cyprus with operations in Greece, they are excited to be adding an Account Manager to their Cyprus team, based in Nicosia. This person will be responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote our products and services.

 

Job Description

  • You will contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio
  • You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate
  • Generating new leads
  • You will provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members by sharing expertise and specialist knowledge
  • You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained
  • You will demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialty area on assigned client’s business
  • You will engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings
  • You will provide Excellent Customer Service and meet/exceed Sales goals
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Answering questions about credit terms, product licensing and prices

Your Profile

  • A University degree or equivalent professional level at the areas of Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years proven account management experience in B2B working within a related sector such as IT Product and Services, FinTech, PaymentTech or Distributor of IT Solutions and Services
  • You must be commercially focused and pragmatic, have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • You must be a self-motivated employee who can work alone and in a team
  • You need to possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as member of a team, communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients, be able to present and pitch to clients
  • You should be a results-oriented team player, client value focused
  • Have capacity to become a respected and valued partner at multiple levels within your assigned customers
  • You should be fluent in both Greek and English languages
