An experienced IT support professional is needed to support our client’s tech retail firm. Our client, representing a global brand in Cyprus is pleased to be expanding its teams, the ideal candidate has a proven history providing IT support to staff is able to diagnose and prioritise tasks.

Job Description

• Installing and configuring printing devices hardware, software, operating systems, network and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining printing devices and computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Talking with clients and providing technical support (in person, via phone or online)
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and electronic equipment of the company and its clients
• Performing regular maintenance procedures and tests

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar
• Any professional qualifications such as Microsoft, Cisco will be considered an advantage
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with IT systems, networks, system security
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
