Our client's business is expanding worldwide, and we’re looking for talents to match their pace and passion. Established in 1999, our client is now hiring a Head of Office to launch their new Paris site.

 Job Description

• Be an inspiring leader and the central point of contact for the Paris office
• Set up, manage, and direct the office in Paris while handling corporate governance and compliance with regulations and tax
• Recruit a team of engineers and mathematicians from the French ‘grandes écoles’
• Assist the Company with its global recruitment of French-speaking employees, notably for its office in Kigali, Rwanda
• Ensure the French office operates in full compliance with applicable regulations and tax laws
• Recruit a dynamic, talented, and committed team of mathematicians and quantitative analysts for our client’s Paris office and help them get integrated with the Company’s teams worldwide
• Strengthen the customer support and marketing drive by assisting in sourcing and hiring for French-speaking client support and marketing roles for the office in Kigali, Rwanda
• Develop KPIs, participate in quarterly appraisals, and help with staff training and development
• Promote a supportive work environment and cultivate a thriving office culture

Your Profile

• University degree in any related field, such as human resources or administration
• More than 5 years of staff management experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in both English and French
