Banking Administrator
Nicosia Cyprus Full-TimeOur client is a licensed investment firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Services Board, currently hiring a Banking administrator to work within Cyprus for their office in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be accountable to the CFO for day-to-day performance of his/her duties.
Job Description
- Carrying out a range of data
entry/processing, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adhere to
all specified Company processes and procedures
- Working directly with variety of banks
and online payments methods
- Directly involved with the day to day
management of all processes and procedures relating to clients settlements,
reconciliations and clients reporting
- Updating internal databases
- Manage multiple analytical tasks and
projects simultaneously
- Prepare financial reports as requested
by management
- Responsible for the daily payment
transactions processing (fund in/out)
- Ensuring all payments are processed
accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation
Procedures
- Handle all back-office duties related to
payments
- Support the CFO in ad-hoc projects as
required
Your Profile
- University / college graduate degree in
Economics, Banking & Finance or Business Administration
- Must be able to perform data input
activities quickly and accurately
- Must have very good analytical skills
and time management skills
- Experience in back office operations,
Banking administration, payments administration will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English
language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications, especially Excel
